Choose your preferred phone, any add-ons (neon Leave a Message sign, 24-hr processing, etc.) and whether you prefer full-service or DIY.

Fill-in your info, e-sign,
& pay securely

You'll be officially reserved once you provide contact and event details, e-sign the service agreement, and pay-in-full.

The day of your event

If full-service, we'll handle everything! If DIY, you're responsible for pickup and dropoff within a 24-hour window.


We'll then deliver your messages via a digital download link within 3 days of the event.

What if my preferred phone is already booked for my date?

We'll alert you right away with the choice of a backup option at no additional cost or a full refund.

What happens to the recordings afterward?

We'll process the messages recorded to the phone and deliver them to you digitally via a download link within 3 days of your event. The download link will remain active for 30 days. We'll also archive a backup copy for a minimum of 90 days.

What is the payment and refund policy?

Payment-in-full is required to reserve a phone for your event date.

A full refund can be requested up to 3 days prior to your event date. Cancellations 1-2 days prior only receive a 50% refund. No refunds given for day-of event cancellations.

Do you provide services outside of Orlando?

Yes! Venues up to 30 miles from Orlando are covered in the full-service price. For an additional $1.50/mile, we'll travel up to 150 miles from Orlando. For example, St. Augustine is 104 miles from Orlando (as calculated by Google Maps for the shortest route) so the cost for us to travel there is $156.

Do you offer discounts?


Yes! Show us proof that you're currently a first-responder, educator, student, or veteran, and we'll give you 15% off! Simply let us know during checkout.

We'll also automatically apply a 15% discount for off-peak rentals, including any rentals for events in June, July, or August, as well as year-round for non-holiday events scheduled on Mondays - Wednesdays (excluding the winter holiday season).

Full-service audio-guestbook and other event services available throughout Central Florida and beyond, including Tampa-St. Petersburg, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, Lakeland, Ocala, and the Space Coast.
Venues more than 30 miles from Orlando up to a maximum of 150 miles away require a travel fee of $1.50/mile.
