If DIY, you're responsible for pick up near downtown Orlando and return by 1pm the day after the event.

What is an audio guestbook?
A vintage-style telephone for recording instant time-capsules: guests simply pickup the handset, listen to your custom greeting, then leave a voice message after the beep. Because it's battery-powered, you can put it anywhere and move it around easily.
Be sure to add-on a neon "Leave a Mesage" sign during checkout, or else, create your own framed instructions so your guests know what to do!
How much does an audio guestbook rental cost in Central Florida?
DIY rental starts at $120 and full-service starts at $195, depending on the phone you choose. Add-ons and travel 30+ miles outside of Greater Orlando cost extra.
What if my preferred phone is already booked for my date?
We'll alert you right away with the choice of a full refund or a backup phone option at no additional cost (and refund any difference, if any).
What happens to the recordings after the event?
We'll process the audio and deliver it via a digital download link within 3 days of your event. You'll have 30 days to download it, but we'll also archive a backup copy for a minimum of 90 days, just in case.
What are the refund, rescheduling, and payment policies?
14+ days prior to event: Full Refund (or) full credit to reschedule
4-13 days prior to event: 50% refund (or) 50% rescheduling credit
0-3 days prior to event: NO REFUND & NO RESCHEDULING

Payment-in-full is required to reserve a phone for your event date.
Do you provide services outside of Orlando?
Yes! Venues up to 30 miles from Orlando are covered in the full-service price. For venues beyond 30 miles from Orlando up to a maximum of 150 miles, a travel fee of $1.50/mile will automatically be applied. For example, St. Augustine is 104 miles from Orlando (as calculated by Google Maps for the shortest route) so the cost for us to travel there is $156.
Can I reserve my date with a deposit?
Yes. At checkout you can choose to reserve with a 25% deposit or pay in full. The deposit secures your date and equipment; the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event, and we'll email you a secure payment link beforehand. Bookings made within 2 weeks of the event date must be paid in full at checkout.
Is the deposit refundable?
The 25% deposit is non-refundable. When you book, we reserve your equipment which impacts our equipment availability for other potential bookings on your date. Anything you pay above the deposit follows our standard refund schedule — full refund 14 or more days before your event, 50% until the 4th day before, no refund within 3 days of your event date.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We'll automatically apply a 15% discount for off-peak rentals, including any rentals for events in June, July, or August, as well as year-round for non-holiday events scheduled on Mondays - Wednesdays (excluding the winter holiday season).
First-responders, educators, students, and veterans, qualify for 15% off year-round. Email us proof to "contact@rememberyourevent.com" and we'll send you a discount code to use during checkout.

* Travel fee of $1.50/mile applies to venues 30 - 150 miles from Orlando.
